cross breeding developed on farm over several generations with
a focus on producing the best marbling and muscled lamb possible. The Marrunga Marble Lamb is unique to this program.

All lambs are pasture fed before being finished on a specifically tailored feed ration for 90-100 days prior to processing.

Strict grading with an average carcase weight target of 33kg. Ensuring consistency in cuts across all productions. Lambs are between 8-12 months at time of production.
